This is for you if you want to get a taste of working together and get a DIY approach to your wellness. You want to take a deep dive into clarifying your goals, understand what has been holding you back, and have a customized action plan that you can implement on your own.
6 week Jump Start Program
This is for you if you are ready to start seeing changes in your health, energy, and habits right away. Over the course of six weeks, we will have a weekly virtual session where we will help you get clear on your goals, understand what is holding you back and we’ll co-create a personalized action plan with clear structure and mindful practices that will help you move toward your goals. You will learn how to set the foundation for sustainable wellness that you can use for the rest of your life.
90 day total transformatioN Progarm
This is for you if you want to amplify and align many area of your life. Over our 90 day journey, we will look not only at your health and wellness habits, routines, movement practices and mindset, but also your relationship to your career, purpose, and the important people in your life. You will feel more fully expressed, aligned and integrated in many areas of your life…which is the true measure of success and wellness for the long run. We will meet for twelve weekly virtual sessions, you will engage in a multifaceted health assessment, explore a variety of mindfulness practices and co-curate a dynamic and targeted action plan that moves you into your vision of sustainable health, wellness, and longevity.
